Whether it’s your relationship with others or yourself, at the heart of our journey together will be a healing relationship built on trust, honest challenge and deep understanding, supporting your growth, strengthening your relationships, and helping you step into a more fulfilled, authentic life.
Feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety
Constant worry, racing thoughts, or feeling on edge can make daily life exhausting and hard to manage.
Struggling with low mood or depression
Persistent sadness, loss of interest, and low energy affect motivation, relationships, and sense of self.
Burnout
Exhaustion, irritability, or a sense of being emotionally drained can leave you feeling disconnected from work, relationships, and yourself.
How therapy helps & my approach
How I work
I approach therapy as a collaborative exploration of your inner world. Together, we develop a therapeutic relationship that offers space to notice underlying patterns, deepen self‑understanding, and reflect on the experiences that have shaped your emotional life. Through this process, new ways of relating to yourself and others can begin to take shape, opening up the possibility for meaningful and lasting change.
An integrative approach
I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of psychotherapeutic theories including humanistic, existential, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural approaches. This allows me to create a consistent and holistic framework tailored to your unique needs.
Anti-oppressive practice
In our sessions, my aim is for you to feel deeply respected and understood in the fullness of who you are. Working from an anti‑oppressive lens, I pay particular attention to how aspects of identity such as gender, culture, ethnicity, sexuality, and neurodiversity shape our experiences.
Rather than positioning myself as the one who decides what’s ‘right,’ we explore together, making space for your own meanings, insights, and direction to emerge.
I hold a particular awareness of how gender, culture, ethnicity, sexuality, and neurodiversity influence our lived experience. I hold each person’s background and experience with care, creating a therapeutic space where you are met with curiosity, dignity, and genuine respect.
“All paths lead to the same goal: to convey to others what we are.”
Pablo Neruda

Areas of support
“We are all in the process of becoming.”
Audre Lorde
Together, we’ll trace the threads of your story, attending to early relationships and the unconscious patterns that continue to shape your thoughts, feelings, and ways of being in the present.
We’ll also explore the longings, hopes, and inner resources that give your life meaning. My role as a therapist is to accompany you in this exploration offering thoughtful reflection and gentle challenge, so that deeper self‑understanding can emerge and create the conditions for transformation.
